An ideal location for access to Pescara airport less than an hour away and within an hours drive of the ski resort Passo Lanciano which is perfect for beginners, intermediates and terrain park enthusiasts. In less than 15 minutes, you can access some of the nearby towns such as Casoli and Fara San Martino (also known as the home of pasta) or reach the nearest beach in less than an hour.

The 85 square meter chalet consists of two bedrooms, two fitted bathrooms, an open plan equipped kitchen, living and dining area. Air conditioning and heating are fitted throughout. As well as being energy efficient, the bioclimatic construction allows for comfort in winter and summer.
